I invite you to join me and Jude from Biophilia, for an evening of protection, cleansing, transformation and preparation where we will gather in community, as one, under the full Moon โจโ
๐ We will cleanse with Sage and light Palo Santo to begin our ceremony.

๐ We will guide you through grounding breath work and an intention setting ceremony with visual imagery and journaling to help us find a deeper connection with ourselves.โ โ

๐ During the intention setting ceremony, we will connect with the energy of the full moon over a delicious Euphoria Tea Blend and talk about how we we can incorporate tea as a healing element into our individual journeys.โ โ

๐ Next we will immerse our bodies, mind and spirit into the healing journey of Sound and Mediation. Through the gong, drums, chimes, bells, and crystal singing bowls, we activate our intrinsic healing faculties, shedding light on habitual patterns and raising our consciousness. ๐ซ
