❄️Winter Solstice Rebirth Ritual🍃

I'm sure it's crossed your mind, What will you create in 2022 with your desires calling out loudly.

Have you welcomed a ritual of your liking to anchor in the various energies & frequencies you are aligning yourself to???

It's not too late to join in on this Winter Solstice Jar Ritual.

Supplies Needed:
**You don't need anything other than yourself & your intention. But if you wanted to you could include various items as a visual reminder of the intentions set.

•jar •salt for protection •pine, spruce or any other needles •pine cone •crystals • oils •white candle • paper & pen

Executing Your Ritual:
1. Cleanse your area, tools & yourself of any impurities, energies that aren't yours and anything that no longer vibrates with your rising vibe. (Incense, Sage, Palo Santo, sound are different cleansing tools)
2. Put items in your jar
3. Intuitively write what you are calling in this Rebirth season. You can not do this wrong. Trust yourself.
4. Place paper in jar
5. Light candle on top. (Never leave a candle unattended)
6. If you can sit marinating in all this magic allow yourself to do so.

Take a few deep breaths & allow spirit to guide you home.

Leave on your alter for at least a moon cycle, longer if it feels good.

✨Tap into your Inner Warrior during this season & more.✨

Oftentimes, we KNOW we are warriors, but find ourselves questioning it when faced with a challenge that sends us right back to our insecurities or wonderment of our character.

I hope I didn’t sound stupid.

OMGosh, I can’t believe I said/did that.

Or questioning……..
Why are they not talking to me? What did I do?

The stresses of taking everything personal right now is high. Not that you mean to, but subconsciously you are as a default of your past. Things trigger you which bring up old similar emotions which take you back mentally & emotionally trying to keep you safe in your body, mind, and energy.

This is your invitation to PAUSE and notice everything about you rather than falling back into old patterns of victimizing yourself . You do not have to be the victim of the situation & can remain in high integrity seeing this through.

What does this mean?
You are awakening more and more to how you want to respond and BE rather than allowing old versions of yourself to protect your ego. You are stepping into the trusting of self in what you say and do. Which also means knowing when & where you could have chosen better in your responses, actions, & behavior. So sometimes saying sorry is appropriate.

This Warrior Energy is growing inside of you with each opportunity and this season is providing a BIG opportunity.

Ohhhh Weeeee, I find this super helpful as she talks about the eclipses and how they have been linked this last year.
I find the astrological events makes total sense in my life, maybe you will too.

I have to say, lately I've really been enjoying the food preparation ritual. This has not been my jam most of my life.

The feelings a get with an idea of what I'm gonna make. Then actually riding the wave of bliss whole doing it. And oh the joys of tasting it & fueling my body is taking this joy to a whole other level.

So blessed & loving this Harmony!!!
