So the last few people I have been helping out all had minor symptoms that were bugging them. Acupressure points seemed to alleviate some of the sharper pain, injury rehab loosened some of the tightness but most all of them were holding (emotional, trauma or stress packages) when we tested for it. I still am unaware scientifically of the significance of these packages but I believe they are something to not take lightly when concerning people's overall well being (Physically, emotionally and mentally).

After recording a few acupuncture students I found that emotional, trauma or stress packages not only can cause physical issues but also negative perspectives on certain topics. Carrying this "baggage" limits people to deal with the day to day stresses of life.
