Hi friends and family! I have been finding great fulfillment as a Reiki Practitioner and yoga teacher. I launched my website for Energetic Eclipse last month and now I have created a page here on FB. This will be the page where you can find all things energy healing, meditation, and yoga! With my background in nursing, I love these as tools to not just put a band aid on emotional and physical ailments. I have a passion for getting to the root of it, which often times is something rooted from the past or mind, body, soul connection out of harmony. I often focus my offering on nervous system regulation, as I believe that is the foundation of health/healing.
