the thing I’m most excited about for the new year is educating new families!
my private childbirth classes are done on your schedule in your home or virtually and are tailored towards you specific needs! (I also offer group and 1 day classes!)
there are a lot of options out there for childbirth classes but this is the class that will give you the tools to advocate and make decisions for yourself!

Almost two years after having my little buddy, Cassius, I'm sharing my pregnancy story! This wasn't an easy story to tell but really highlights some of the fatphobia plus size people face during pregnancy!

Even people with the best intentions may not understand how to treat fat bodies with love and respect.
