Sometimes the hardest part of our journey is to start that one thing we’ve been avoiding.

Don’t overthink it.

Starting something can be as simple as writing down a game plan, reaching out to someone to keep you accountable, creating a vision board, going for a walk, etc.

Research says you should aim for at least 2.5 - 3 cups of vegetables a day. If that seems like a lot for you there are tons of great green super food powder‘s that you can consume instead. My favorite is from , Opti-Greens 50 (link in bio).

What foods should you eat?!?!That seems to be the million dollar question.

I went ahead and broke it down for you focusing on foods that fall under proteins, carbohydrates, and fats (C/F/P).

If your trying to sculpt your body, build muscle or lose weight I strongly encourage you never count your calories again and instead take note of your macro C/F/P intake.

Doing so allows you to ‘flex diet’ aka eat the foods that you want. Not only that but it helps you understand your current habits and learn how to create better ones that align with your goals.

My current macros are
C 225 / F 45 / P 130
.. but my macros more then likely won’t be a good fit for most. I’m currently in a bulking stage, which means my macros are higher. (Yes! I’m trying to gain weight - muscle weight)

It’s so beautiful and refreshing to have both your health and life under control, and the first step is taking control of how we take care of our body.

Think of your body like a car like the human body, car parts are specialized and perform specific tasks, but they all depend on each other. The heart is the engine of the body just like in a car. Your brain is similar to the car’s computer system or ECU. It controls many parts of the car just like your brain controls your functions. In addition, other structures such as your eyes and ears are comparable to a cars sensors.

This is why it is very important that we are aware of what we put in our bodies and how it will effect us. We only have one body and one life, so show your body some love and feed it what it really needs to function properly.
