March is National Social Worker Month, a time to pause and appreciate the people who show up every day with compassion, skill, and steady resolve. Social workers walk alongside individuals and families through some of life’s hardest moments- offering support, dignity, and hope when it’s needed most. We’re deeply grateful for the heart, professionalism, and quiet strength they bring to our communities, not just this month, but always.

Today we recognize World Teen Mental Wellness Day. Adolescence is a time of growth, inquisitiveness, and intense emotions - and mental wellness during these years deserves care, patience, and compassion. Whether you’re a teen, a parent, or someone who shows up for young people, this is a reminder that listening, connection, and support can make a lasting difference.

At Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, we believe stories have the power to heal.
Noah courageously shares his journey through mental illness, addiction, and recovery, and how even the hardest moments helped shape who he is today. By speaking openly, he helps reduce stigma and reminds others that they’re not alone.
If you or someone you love is facing similar challenges, know that help, healing, and hope are possible.

Our InShape® Program spent the day at the Desert Botanical Garden, soaking in the beauty, sharing laughter, and enjoying the simple joy of being together. 🌵
Getting InShape® isn’t about changing who you are - it’s about discovering how good it feels to care for yourself in ways that feel natural and fun.
That’s the power of &: having fun & living a better life. Being active & being you.
Sometimes wellness looks like movement, sometimes it looks like wonder - and sometimes it’s both.
