Your “allergies” that are flaring every single month isn’t “seasonal.” It’s cyclical.

I had a chickpea who swore she had the weakest immune system on earth.

Every ovulation ➡️ she’d get congested.
Week before her period ➡️ itchy skin, headaches, zero energy.

Then day 3 of bleeding? Everything was fine.

That’s not allergies.
That’s the period flu.

Here’s what’s really happening:
Estrogen spikes ➡️ histamine follows ➡️ your body throws a tantrum.

And because no one ever told you hormones can trigger allergy-like symptoms, you’re over there popping Zyrtec like it’s candy instead of actually fixing the issue.

Ok listen, I would rather all of you never drink alcohol again. But let’s be real… that’s not reality, I wasn’t born yesterday (even though I know I look like it, because I’m so youthful and innocent 😇).

Sometimes we wanna have a cocktail with our friends. And I want you to do it without you having to call the ER the next day.

So if you want to enjoy a drink every now and then without feeling miserable, gross, and worsening all your period symptoms… then this is what we’re going to do:

✅ SLEEP. Put your f*cking phone down, stop scrolling. GO TF TO SLEEP. IG will be there again ready to suck you in, tomorrow.

✅DRINK WATER. You little raisin. If I hear one more chickpea tell me they only had 20oz of water today, I will throw a tantrum.

✅ EAT FIBER. Please, your gut is literally sending stink bombs to everyone around you asking for some veggies and fruits. Just eat a few. We’re all begging you.

And I need you to know that your PMS, your irritability, your pain, cramps, your skin flares… they’re all connected to that symptom of feeling like 💩 after one drink.

Here’s the truth: sleep is the most underrated hormone hack there is.

✅ Better sleep = more energy (without another cup of coffee)
✅ Better sleep = stable blood sugar (no more 3pm crash)
✅ Better sleep = fewer mood swings (hi, calmer luteal phase)
