What if what you thought was your ceiling in business… is actually just your floor?   Yesterday, we were at the (the largest business tour in the US) with VIP access, surrounded by over 1,000 driven entrepreneurs, and it reminded us…   Being in spaces like this not only pushes your limits, but it can completely redefine them.

What once seemed impossible becomes available.  Because you see someone else doing it, and they become an expander for you. 
You learn how they think, show up, and how they got there. 
This is why we’re such big believers in investing in yourself and learning from others.

And as mentors ourselves, we’re always doing the same.  So yesterday, we made another move.

I used to think pushing harder was just part of success until it caught up with me…�
I was constantly go, go, go and onto the next thing.�Living on autopilot.�High-strung, anxious, and I thought it was normal.�
That pace eventually led to having grand mal seizures, and I had to face the reality that the way I was living wasn’t sustainable.�
Breathwork broke that cycle for me.
�It helped me calm my mind, reconnect with myself, and feel alive in a way I didn’t even know was possible.
�It became not just an outlet for stress…

but a huge part of my healing journey and ultimately helped me become seizure-free and medication-free.��And ehat I want every entrepreneur to know:
�You don’t have to wait until your body forces you to slow down.��You don’t have to crash to finally listen.

You have the power to choose to make space and reset before your body makes you.

Recently I guided a room full of incredible successful female business owners through RESET Breathwork at a mastermind retreat hosted by who are doing so much good in the world (shoutout to who was there & captured this video 🎥)

And the biggest thing they shared was that they just wanted space.��From all the busy-ness + hustle and to hear themselves again.

75 days until we say “I do,” and what we’ve realized is this…

Much like entrepreneurship, planning a wedding with intention means creating your own way and choosing alignment over what’s typical.

It’s easy to slip into what others expect and people pleasing, but just like building a business that’s aligned with your vision, this journey asks us to do what’s true to us.

It’s been a humbling reminder that whether it’s a wedding or a mission, we’re not here to do it like everyone else.

We’re here to create from the heart.

Late to the “2026 is the new 2016” trend, but with Valentine’s Day today, it felt right to go back to the year where it all started 😍
 From heartbreak to clinic buildouts, to new jobs, to rock bottom rebuilds, to Pacific sunsets…

To finally finding each other.  “Closer” was on repeat for us back then, so it feels fitting to bring it back.  And now, here we are in 2026, exactly 111 days away from saying “I do.” 💍✨

…and with that, the 2025 season comes to an end 🐍✨

What a year of shedding and lessons we didn’t expect, but deeply needed.

This year also looked like:
– hosting and guest facilitating Breathwork at events that cracked people open
– hikes and lots of sunshine (& falling more in love with AZ)
– parasite cleanses and feeling healthier than ever
– studying Kabbalah and deepening our connection with the Creator
– making lots of short-term sacrifices for long-term freedom
– strengthening friendships and feeling so held by our people
– Santa Barbara trip and fun staycations at , , and more
– officiating Karl’s (Cory’s brother) wedding
– saying yes to the dress (not the one in this video 😉) and our wedding venue
– paying off THOUSANDS in debt with gratitude for all investments we’ve made that have gotten us to where we are today
– speaking on epic podcasts hosted by and more!
– hosting two Level 1 trainings and now supporting over 120 facilitators worldwide
– hosting Level 2 Teacher Training in Scottsdale with a powerhouse group of facilitators
– building unshakeable certainty, even when things didn’t make sense

It was a year of being tested, expanding our vessel, and
endings that are making room for more.

A true Year of the Snake.

Thank you 2025 for the growth. It’s all prepared us to receive what’s ahead.
