I want to stand with all the people that have fell victim and need healing from relational trauma from narcissism and addiction. You deserve better. Remember boundaries and self respect. You deserve to be loved ❤️ and you are never alone even when it feels that way.

The University of Pittsburgh experienced a awful loss this week. I think everyone should give the family some peace , its inappropriate as a professional counselor that everyone is not giving them space, everyone should understand and stop posting . It is the hardest loss to lose a family member to su***de and all should step back and reflect and put themselves in their shoes. I keep this family in my thoughts and prayers and ask the Facebook community to rally and only be supportive. To question or want facts is not your space. I call on the community to only provide support and stop asking or providing negative feedback. This is a tragedy and requires everyone to come together. ❤️ 🙏
