Horne will be joining The BUISE Foundation mid June!🎉 Rachel is a Master’s Level Social Worker under clinical supervision of our Founder & CEO, Tunisia Buise, LCSW-C, LICSW
Rachel Horne is a dedicated advocate for social change from Owings Mills, MD. A graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Grand Canyon University, focusing on empowering young women, girls, and Black Americans. She believes in the power of creative expression for personal growth, connecting with others through writing, art, and fashion. In her free time, Rachel enjoys nature walks with her son, exploring live music, and operating a clothing resale side gig. Passionate about Black American and POC artistry, she creates coffee table books to celebrate culture. A firm believer in self-care, Rachel often relaxes with a book while embracing moments of tranquility.
