With this app, Coach Brandon is able to create tailored exercise programs to you that you can follow right along with on your own time! This way, no matter what your busy schedule looks like this year, you can still reach your goals on your own or with your friends! All with the trainer right there to help you if you have questions.

To be able to utilize the app, it will only cost an additional $10/month. Ask us about getting it added next time you’re in!

🧡We are so excited to announce that Russ Taff will be joining us on January 18th at 6pm for a Night of Worship and Recovery!

Russ Taff is a legendary voice in Christian music. Between being a solo artist, singing with The Imperials and The Gaither Vocal Band, Russ Taff is a 6 time Grammy award winner and winner of Numerous Dove Awards.

This will be a FREE event!

Along with his amazing talent, Russ Taff has an amazing testimony of recovery. We would love to particularly invite anyone who has dealt with addiction or has family and friends who have.
