NEW PRODUCT COMING SOON!!!

🍯🔥Fire Honey🍯🔥

At this time I will have SIX 1/2 pint jars available: $15

The same amazing health benefits of traditional fire cider combined with raw honey to create a more pleasant and palatable flavor experience! So if you have a sensitive tummy to acidic or spicy products, this will give the same power house kick of immune boosting properties but more gentle and flavorful! Great for adults and children (over the age of one) who struggle with the strong taste and smell of regular fire cider!

Next round will be ready in about 2 more weeks when the new batch of fire cider is ready! I will also have elderberry fire honey available!

How to Use:

•By the spoonful — immune-boosting shot or cough soother.
•Drizzle over: roasted carrots, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, baked chicken, or cornbread.
•Mix in tea — add after tea cools a bit to keep honey’s benefits.
•Spread on toast — with goat cheese or cream cheese for a sweet-spicy snack.
•Salad dressing — whisk with olive oil and mustard for a quick vinaigrette.

So many uses other than just for sickness!!!

🍯Local honey offers several unique health and lifestyle benefits, especially when it’s raw and minimally processed🍯

🐝Health Benefits:

1. Allergy Relief
Local honey contains trace amounts of local pollen. Regularly consuming it may help your body build a tolerance to these allergens, reducing seasonal allergy symptoms over time.

2. Natural Cough Suppressant
Honey can soothe sore throats and suppress coughs, especially when taken before bed. It’s often as effective as over-the-counter medications.

3. Wound Healing & Skin Care
Raw honey has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can help with minor burns, cuts, or acne when applied topically.

4. Digestive Health
Honey acts as a prebiotic, helping nourish the good bacteria in your gut. It can also help soothe indigestion or ulcers.

5. Energy Boost
The natural sugars in honey provide a quick energy source, making it a good pre-workout option or pick-me-up.

🌿 Other Benefits

6. Antioxidants
Raw local honey is rich in antioxidants like flavonoids, which support immune health and help reduce oxidative stress.

7. Lower Glycemic Index
Compared to processed sugars, honey has a lower glycemic index and may cause less of a blood sugar spike—though it’s still sugar, so moderation is key.

8. adding things like garlic, ginger, elderberry, goldenrod...and many herb combinations give different boosts of health benefits!

---------------------
Children under the age of 1 year absolutely do not need to eat honey! Their risk of infant botulism is extremely high given their under developed digestive system!

Supports Local Beekeepers
Buying local helps sustain local agriculture and beekeepers, which also benefits the pollination of nearby plants and crops.

Here are 5 important things to know when getting into holistic health practices:

1. Holistic Health is Whole-Person Focused

Holistic health considers the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected. It goes beyond just treating symptoms and looks at root causes—including emotional, environmental, and lifestyle factors.

2. Quality Matters

Whether it’s essential oils, herbs, supplements, or practitioners, quality and sourcing are critical. Stick with reputable brands, certified professionals, and organic or ethically sourced products when possible to avoid contaminants or ineffective treatments.

3. Lifestyle is the Foundation

Holistic health often starts with the basics:
• Nutrition (whole foods, minimal processed items)
• Sleep (restorative and consistent)
• Movement (daily, mindful)
• Stress management (breathwork, nature, boundaries)
• Detoxification support (hydration, lymphatic drainage, clean environment)

These areas are often prioritized before supplements or interventions.

4. It’s Personalized and Ongoing

What works for one person may not work for another. Holistic healing is not one-size-fits-all and often involves trial and adjustment. Be patient and willing to learn and adapt over time.

5. Work With—Not Against—Conventional Medicine

Holistic health isn’t about rejecting modern medicine. It’s about complementing it when appropriate. Finding an integrative or functional practitioner can help bridge the two approaches safely and effectively.

This is in my opinion the most versatile, and easiest way to get into holistic health practices! You can do so much with EO's!

🌱diffusers to purify your home and make it smell amazing
🌱use them in beauty and body care items like salves, soaps, etc!
🌱They are wonderful to make non toxic household cleaners and sanitizers
🌱some can even be used in cooking
🌱 medical remedies like teething, nausea, sore throat, aches and pains....etc!!

The possibilities are seriously endless!!!🌿

Why reputable oils matter:

✔️ Purity: Ensures no fillers, additives, or hidden chemicals that could irritate skin or cause harm.
✔️ Potency: Properly distilled oils retain the full spectrum of beneficial compounds.
✔️ Safety: Trusted brands test for contaminants, guaranteeing what’s on the label is in the bottle.
✔️ Effectiveness: High-quality oils produce consistent results—both physically and emotionally.

was the first line I ever used and I do love it!

Other brands I use and each have high praise:

🪴What to Look For in ANY Brand🪴

✔ GC/MS Reports: These show chemical profiles and purity.
✔ Latin Botanical Names: On the label to confirm true plant source.
✔ Dark Glass Bottles: To protect oils from light and preserve quality.
✔ No “Fragrance Oils”: Only pure essential oils, not synthetics.
✔ Transparency: The company should explain sourcing, distillation, and testing practices.

Research and testing out different methods of use for your individual needs is such a fun and rewarding experience!

🌿✨ Hi, I’m Jes! Welcome to my little corner of holistic wellness. ✨🌿

I created this space to share my love for natural living, simple self‑care, and all the little things that help us feel more balanced and whole. Here you’ll find tips on essential oils, gentle remedies, mindfulness practices, and ways to nurture yourself (and your family) from the inside out.

I believe wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding what feels good for you and weaving it into your everyday life. 💛

I am currently working on building up my on hand stock of things like fire cider, elderberry syrup, elderberry fire cider, and infused honeys! I'll be adding new stuff in the mix to try as well!

Thank you for being here. I can’t wait to connect, share, and grow alongside you on this journey🪴
