The idea behind Joy Germ Day is simple: joy is contagious, and even small acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day and create a ripple effect of positivity.

To celebrate, we’re sharing plant seeds with our employees as a symbol to Plant Joy — nurture it, watch it grow, and spread it to those around you. 🌱
