Hi, I’m Colleen, owner of Sacred Earth Massage & Wellness and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with a deep passion for holistic healing. My goal is to help you achieve true wellness by addressing the root causes of pain, stress, and imbalance—because real healing is about more than just symptom relief.

So, what is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor?
Unlike conventional medicine, naturopathy focuses on natural therapies to restore balance in the body, emphasizing prevention, nutrition, and whole-body wellness. As an ND, I’ve completed extensive training in functional nutrition, herbal medicine, detoxification, and lifestyle therapies to help my clients heal in a way that’s personalized and sustainable.

Many massage therapists focus only on muscles, but I go deeper—looking at how your overall health, digestion, stress levels, and lifestyle choices impact your well-being.
