This morning’s water was a refreshing 44 degrees — and yes, I absolutely squealed a little before the deep breathing kicked in 😂💧

Cold plunging is one of my favorite ways to reset — it wakes up the body, clears the mind, and gives you that “I can handle anything today” kind of energy! 🌿

Sacred Earth Massage & Wellness will be closed October 1st – 4th for advanced training.

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be learning Craniosacral Therapy — a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension, improve nervous system function, and support deep healing.

🌿 What is Craniosacral Therapy?
It’s a light-touch technique that helps balance the flow of cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord. By relieving restrictions in the craniosacral system, it can help the body self-correct and restore balance.
