From childhood dealing with my mother's issues and adulthood dealing with my own issues, mental health has been in my face and close to home. I used to be embarrassed to admit that I had issues because I didn't want the stigma associated with "being crazy" or "being sick". Now, I'm to a point where I don't care who knows anything about my past or what anyone has to think about me. I am ready to fully embrace these issues for what they are. Join me as I journey though my personal testimony about mental health. I'm not a licensed therapist or counselor; however, I have been through more than enough to provide a first hand account of what mental health really looks like. I know what God has brought me through and I pray that my testimony blesses you to hang in there. Some days will be fun, a post of something to encourage you.
