We are thrilled to announce our latest WOW Employee of the Month winner: Jacqulyn Hoyt!
Jacqulyn, a dedicated Medical Assistant at Jefferson Regional Family Health Associates, truly defines what it means to go above and beyond. Her supervisor nominated her not just for doing her job, but for the extraordinary humanity she brings to it every single day.
Her nomination story is incredibly moving. Here are just a few ways Jacqulyn has impacted our community:
💜Secured a bicycle for a patient who was walking more than three hours one way to work (and to their appointment!). She solved this problem by the end of the same workday.
💜Collects recycling cans in the office to help another patient fund their grocery expenses.
💜Spends personal time providing transportation so patients can make it to their medical appointments.
💜Helped arrange childcare for a fellow employee who had nowhere else to turn.
