The gravity of suffering and challenge in the world is palpable. EARTH is committed to co-creating healing spaces. Join us this Saturday, February 28th, for a circle of support where you will learn more about the collaborative efforts of EARTH: Empowering All Relatives To Heal (), The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (), and Cook for Iran () to support Iranians around the world. Bring a friend, come with a cup of tea, and experience practices that deepen our presence and sustain us during difficult times.

To discover that being alone can be unlonely is to stop treating it as a test. It doesn’t mean you no longer want love or friendship. It means you’re no longer bargaining with yourself in the meantime. You’re not holding your breath until someone arrives.

There’s also a subtle shift in power. When solitude stops feeling like punishment, you become harder to manipulate. You don’t cling as tightly to relationships that diminish you because the alternative no longer terrifies you. That can change the texture of your choices. It can make you slower to settle and less willing to confuse attention with care.
... It suggests that this discovery isn’t automatic. It comes after disappointment, or exhaustion, or simply time. And when it arrives, it doesn’t announce itself dramatically. It’s more like noticing that the silence you once feared has softened. You’re still alone, nothing external has shifted but you don’t feel abandoned. You feel present.

That presence isn’t flashy. It won’t impress anyone. But it does something steadying. It tells you that your own company isn’t a void you have to escape. It’s a place you can stand without flinching.
