I’ve been working exclusively with smokers for nearly two decades, so here’s something I can say with certainty:

The biggest problem with proven quit products (Rx/NRT) is how misunderstood, misused and underused they are.

See, it’s not that a given product or service “didn’t work.”

It’s that a product or service ALONE wasn’t enough to overcome the world’s most powerful addiction.

Generally speaking, the products do what they are supposed to do, but there is so much more to quitting...and to quit products...than meets the eye.

But the burden of becoming a nonsmoker requires more than a product or service.

When I ask smokers what is standing in their way of quitting, I hear:
✅I can't connect with a genuine desire to quit
✅I feel overwhelmed by how to approach quitting
✅I don't believe quitting is possible for myself
✅I experience major mental roadblocks quitting started

So how is a pill, patch or piece of gum going to change any of that?

It’s simply not fair TO YOU to put the entire responsibility for quitting on products and risk losing hope that it can help you.

Every quit product out there will work a LOT harder for smokers once the entire burden of quitting is taken off them💯.

With or without my help, there is no better use of your time (or of time while smoking) than to become more informed and inspired by what's possible with a little direction from someone who understands it.

What if you were ready for the next step, but just didn't realize it🤔?

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗥 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚; my signature training to inspire and mobilize smokers toward quitting. It's free to watch.

Here’s a preview of my signature training: FOUR THINGS EVERY SMOKER MUST KNOW ABOUT QUITTING.

I created this to restore something many smokers lose after too many hard attempts: belief that quitting is actually possible.

Most people try to quit while misinformed, underprepared, or skipping key steps — and when it feels harder than expected, confidence takes a hit.

Over time, that erodes motivation and makes quitting feel further away than it truly is.

If you don’t feel ready to quit yet, that’s not failure — it’s feedback. Some important pieces may still need to fall into place first.

This training clears up common myths, builds clarity, and helps you approach quitting with confidence instead of pressure.

𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🤍

Many smokers and va**rs have real reservations about taking prescribed quit medications like Varenicline (generic Chantix) or Bupropion (generic Wellbutrin) — and those reservations are valid.

These medications come with a lot of history, headlines, opinions, and internet folklore.

Some concerns are rooted in past warnings that have since changed.

Others come from stories shared without context.

And some fears are simply about putting anything new into your body when trust is already fragile.

If you’ve been prescribed a proven quit med, but haven't filled it...

Or have filled it but haven't started taking it...

Please tell me more about that.

What I want to acknowledge and celebrate is the courage it takes to even talk about this.

To ask questions instead of silently worrying.

To explore options instead of shutting the door out of fear.

There are many myths and misunderstandings around these medications, and sorting fact from fear is part of a responsible quit journey — whether you ultimately choose to use them or not.

I've created a private community to explore your feelings more privately.

In my community you can:

✅Share hesitations

✅Ask “maybe uncomfortable” questions

✅Hear from others who’ve felt the same way (and those who used them)

✅Learn from former smokers who credit them, in part, for their success with quitting

No pressure. No pushing. Just thoughtful, informed conversation.

If this topic hits close to home, you’re invited to join me and others without pressure or expectation— even if it’s just to say, “I’ve wondered about this too.”

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻.

I look forward to meeting you!

Have you ever calculated how many hours/year are you working just to cover your 🚬🚬?

If you are serious about wanting to eliminate this deadly, expensive, inconvenient and unattractive dependence on ni****ne from your life, there are some simple strategies for moving the needle.

For you, this might be one of them. (If not, we'll keep looking).

Let’s talk about 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 people.

You know — the well-meaning loved ones, coworkers, friends, or random strangers who “just want to help”… by telling you to just quit 😅

They don’t see the mental tug-of-war.
They don’t feel the fear, the self-doubt, the grief, or the pressure.
And yet — somehow — they have all the answers.

Whether you smoke, v**e, quit, or take time figuring it out is your decision. Always.

But carrying everyone else’s opinions on top of ni****ne dependence is exhausting.

So let’s use this space for what it’s good at:

Vent a little

Laugh a little

Roll your eyes safely 🙄

Get it off your chest so it stops living rent-free in your head

Drop a comment:

What’s the most unhelpful thing someone has said to you about quitting?

Or the most well-intentioned but clueless advice you’ve received?

What really rubs you the wrong way or wears on you most?

This is a private community.

We can have a little fun at the naggers’ expense — then make room for better energy, better information, and real inspiration to move forward on your terms.

Success with quitting smoking isn’t linear. And it’s rarely measured by a perfectly steady drop in ci******es, under my leadership, anyway.

Some days your “best” might mean smoking less. Other days it might mean learning something new, starting a proven quit medication, changing your patterns, feeling differently or simply participating in my free community.

Progress is built from many small, reasonable steps, not one perfect streak.

If you'd like to explore professional quit help, your progress right now can be as simple as showing up and participating in my private community.

30/03/2026

Trying to quit smoking alone can feel like being trapped in your own head—overthinking, second-guessing, bargaining, and quietly criticizing yourself. It’s exhausting. And it’s one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck.

Most smokers don’t struggle because they lack willpower. They struggle because they’re trying to develop readiness in isolation. Readiness doesn’t grow well in silence. It grows with perspective, reassurance, and leadership.

When you’re alone, every craving feels personal. Every slip feels like proof you’re failing. And fear—of failing again, of being judged, of being disappointed—keeps many smokers from ever reaching out for help at all.

Professional coaching paired with a community of others going through the same thing changes that.

You'll realize:

✅You’re not “weak” for feeling conflicted

✅Your thoughts and fears are common—and explainable

✅Quitting is a process, not a character test

Leadership matters. Without it, communities can unintentionally reinforce confusion, myths, or pressure. With the right leadership, community becomes a place where smokers feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to keep going—even on hard days.

Trying to figure out quitting on your own means carrying every question, doubt, and decision by yourself. That’s a heavy lift. And for most people, it’s unnecessary.

You don’t need to prove anything.
You don’t need to be “ready enough” to deserve support.
You just need a place where you’re not alone—and someone who knows how to guide the process.

If quitting has been living rent-free in your head, creating stress instead of solutions, it might be time to let someone join you in that space.

You were never meant to do this alone.

The kind of knowledge, direction and support that leads to lasting change can be found in my 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗧🚭𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢.

How do you know if you’re ready to start quitting smoking? The same way you know if you’re ready to take a test. Prepare. Success with quitting is far less up to chance than you think.
