Integrated Birth 🌱

A 4-Week Holistic Childbirth Class

Birth is more than a physical experience — it is mental, emotional, and deeply transformative.
This 4-week childbirth series is designed to support the whole birthing person, offering education, connection, and practical tools to prepare you for birth and beyond.

What We’ll Cover:

Week 1 | Mind
• Releasing fear and building confidence
• Mindset, breathwork, and mental coping tools
• Preparing emotionally for birth

Week 2 | Body
• Physiology of labor and birth
• Movement, positioning, and comfort measures
• Hands-on support techniques

Week 3 | Soul
• Emotional and spiritual preparation
• Connection with baby and partner
• Intention setting and honoring birth as a rite of passage

Week 4 | Integration
• Bringing mind, body, and soul together
• Birth plan support and partner roles
• Preparing for postpartum and early bonding

Class Details:
• 4 weekly classes
• 75 minutes each
• Small, intimate group setting
• Partners/support people welcome

2025 brought many ups and some downs. Lots of transformational periods that forced me to look within myself and ground into who I am. I felt moments of bliss and moments of struggles, periods of peace and periods of sadness. I overcame fears and doubts about what I have to offer this world. I stepped more into my purpose and relaxed into the flow a little more. I’m choosing to trust life. I’m moving at a pace that feels like home. I am releasing the parts of me that causes me to loose sight of my goals in this lifetime. I’m melting into my highest timeline that aligns with wealth, health, family, and abundance.

2026 brings many blessings, a chance to put the vision into action. A chance to soak in the quiet and enjoy where I have come. I walking into this new year with both feet planted firmly on this earth and a heart ready for expansion. We get to welcome the final piece to our puzzle, another sweet baby girl. I’m feeing really good about the path ahead and the souls I hold hands with on this journey. I’m excited to bring new offerings forth and refine my soul mission. Most of all, I’m cherishing where I’m at- not wishing for more, comparing my experience to others, or forcing what is not mine. I’m ready for new horizons, I’m receptive to growth. Bring it on 🥹✨

Weaning is not an ending — it’s an initiation.
A sacred threshold you and your baby cross together 🤍

This season asks for patience, listening, and deep compassion. Milk may be changing, but the bond is not.

✨ Move with the rhythm, not the clock.
Watch your baby’s cues. Shorter feeds, longer pauses, curiosity about the world — these are gentle whispers, not demands.

✨ Release slowly.
Dropping one feeding at a time supports your body, your hormones, and your heart. Your breasts and nervous system deserve tenderness too.

✨ Replace nourishment with connection.
Nursing was never just milk — it was safety, warmth, regulation. As feeds fall away, bring in cuddles, rocking, breath, songs, babywearing, eye contact.

✨ Tend to your own vessel.
Weaning shifts hormones and emotions. Support your body with nourishing foods, herbal teas, gentle expression, rest, and grace. Mood changes are not weakness — they are chemistry and care asking to be honored.

✨ Hold space for the feelings.
Grief and relief can live in the same breath. You may miss this chapter even while knowing it’s time. Both truths are welcome here.

✨ Speak the transition aloud.
Babies feel ceremony. Whisper gratitude to your body. Thank your milk. Reassure your baby that closeness remains.

This is not the loss of connection — it is the transformation of it 🌿
You are still their home.
Your arms are still the medicine.

A liminal space where the veil thins and your body remembers ancient wisdom.

It’s where clocks stop mattering.
Where your breath becomes your anchor.
Where your body opens not through force, but through surrender.

Labor Land may look like:
• Closing your eyes and turning inward
• Low sounds rising from deep within you
• Rocking, swaying, kneeling — letting gravity and instinct guide you
• Needing quiet protection or steady, grounding presence
• Trusting sensations instead of fearing them

This is not something to “get through.”
This is something to enter.

As your doula, I hold the container so you can soften into this space.
I guard your peace, remind you of your strength, and support your body, mind, and spirit as you birth.

Merry Christmas! Hope everyone had a day full of love, family, and good memories. We are so very grateful for the little ones who bring so much light into our lives. They make christmas magical and I love to see the smile on their faces every year. 🎄❤️

These moments change life. It gave me a new perspective on birth and how to navigate my pregnancy journey. These two experiences were vastly different and shaped how I show up in this space. Never doubt your ability to achieve the birth you desire.

Yes, circumstances vary. Yes, plans change.

Ultimately, you are in the drivers seat. With the right team and right mindset, anything is possible.

My unmedicated, vaginal birth after cesarean did not come easy. There were challenges I had to overcome, mental blocks to work through, fear I had to release, and high blood pressure I had to manage.. but I did it.

And you can too.

I have limited availability for birth doula support in 2026 and an abundance of birth mindset coaching to help you overcome your anxieties.
