Still out here doing what I can. Chamber bar squats went well. Deadlift was a grinder, that 8th set really hits hard. Stay after it. -M

Leg day just about did me in this morning. Deficit deadlift, duffalo bar squats, farmers carry, and more accessories. Stuck to it a ground out a complete workout. But it was a struggle. Not the days that are easy count. Stay after it. -M

Short one today and the gym temps were MUCH better this morning! Next week is a short lifting week ( deload) and I will be running a different program. Not sure what that looks like, I guess we will see.

-11, heaters on for 2 1/2 hours and it was STILL freaking 🥶 cold. I didn't mess around, got it done and got out. I was glad there wasn't much work. Ready for summer now....

2nd arm day done, 1 more lifting day this week. Having to yet again rearrange my workout schedule this week or next, things are getting crazy. I'm going to make sure I get my minimum 4 days in of lifting but really want to shoot for my additional 2 cardio days too. I can promise I will do my best.
