Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Clinical Supervisor / Director of Nursing. This role ensures the highest standards of patient care while maintaining compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide oversight of clinical services to ensure compliance with PA DOH regulations
✔ Conduct and approve patient assessments and individualized care plans
✔ Assist in Supervising and evaluate clinical team performance
✔ Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
✔ Provide staff training, education, and competency evaluations
✔ Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs
✔ Act as a professional advisor to the Administrator and Governing Body on clinical matters and best practices
✔ Represent the agency during surveys and audits
Qualifications
🔹 Current RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
🔹 Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home health, acute care, or community health preferred)
🔹 Knowledge of Pennsylvania home health regulations
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
