You haven’t received a Happy New Year from Rose Conscious yet because I am waiting for the Lunar New Year next month to celebrate 🌝

🌚 However the energies of 2024 are definitely already lighter than ‘23 and I think it’s safe to say we all are thankful for that!!

Why was it so heavy last year?? Well, putting a complex answer short, we were being asked to heal and let go of what wasn’t serving our highest interests to be able to step into what is. There was A LOT of planetary influences making it feel very intense, and interesting to say the least!

Out of learned behaviors, we’ve all experienced suppressing and ignoring our stuff so sometimes it gets amplified tenfold so we take notice and can choose to either keep white knuckling or to transform and realize our potential. ✨

Although it doesn’t always feel good, it really is a massive blessing!! Keep that in mind when you feel overwhelmed- your energy is speaking to you and it’s just insightful information meant to bring you back to your heart 💖

Nurture yourself more than you ever have in ‘24, you deserve it!

Today we gathered to make Winter’s Wellness Remedy- Fire Cider 🔥
This widely practiced folk tradition keeps your immunity strong during cold/flu season while helping your inner fire stay ablaze during chilling temperatures.

Our mixture included all organic ingredients of horseradish root and powder, ginger root, turmeric, garlic, onion, cayenne powder, peppers, oranges, lemons, and rosemary. Covered in Apple cider vinegar, it will steep for 8 weeks. Once strained, the liquid is the highly sought after fire cider and the “discarded” ingredients can be dehydrated to make a seasoning blend for soups/salads/ anything your heart desires to sprinkle it on!
