Today we gathered to make Winter’s Wellness Remedy- Fire Cider 🔥
This widely practiced folk tradition keeps your immunity strong during cold/flu season while helping your inner fire stay ablaze during chilling temperatures.
Our mixture included all organic ingredients of horseradish root and powder, ginger root, turmeric, garlic, onion, cayenne powder, peppers, oranges, lemons, and rosemary. Covered in Apple cider vinegar, it will steep for 8 weeks. Once strained, the liquid is the highly sought after fire cider and the “discarded” ingredients can be dehydrated to make a seasoning blend for soups/salads/ anything your heart desires to sprinkle it on!
