Hello MYNDful Maid Clients,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as I took some much needed time away this month for my wellness. I am grateful to have had an opportunity to rest and recover as well as weigh out some important decisions.

I am reaching out to inform you that MYNDful Maid will not be accepting appointments until further notice. I've decided to take some additional time to reset and restructure my business for the betterment of services, systems, and overall customer satisfaction.

In the meantime, I would like to refer you to a few local cleaning companies that I believe are capable of helping to perform the services needed to keep your home clean. I've selected them based on relative similarities to MYNDful Maid values as well as service areas. I hope you are able to find a provider that is able to meet your needs during this time.

Dear MYNDful Maid Clients,

I would first like to thank you for trusting me with one of your greatest assets, your home. It brings me a great sense of satisfaction to be able to service you. I have been operating this business with my own will power for a little over a year and I am beyond grateful for the growth that has happened in such a short amount of time. As my clientele has been growing, I am finding it hard to keep up at such a pace on my own. It has been overwhelming not only physically but mentally.

At this time I am seeking to expand MYNDful Maid to continue providing cleaning services to my current clients as well as welcoming new clients. In order to do this I must add additional trustworthy and dependable team members to operate at a greater capacity. Right now I spend a significant amount of time working in my business and I desire to make more time to work on it.

Appointments booked between June 1st through 30th will be cancelled. New appointments will not be accepted until further notice but waitlist inquiries will be available. The goal during this time is to take a step back to improve supplies, systems, and overall services to be able to return as a business that operates with more efficiency.

I hope you are able to understand my decision not only from a professional standpoint but personal as well. Mental well-being is at the core of MYND values and I feel as though I can be transparent in saying that I need time to recoup. Your support of my business means so much to me. I thank you again for allowing me into your home and hope to get back to servicing you and your family again when the time comes. Please be on the lookout for updates about MYND via email during this time. I'll be reaching out to confirm that all clients are aware of the scheduling change.
