I will now be taking orders for the holiday season through Dec 21st! Due to postal service complications from last year, I will no longer offer shipping of any kind. Hey Everyone! Due to unforseen circumstances the Valentines pop up at Heritage Craft Butchers has been cancelled. I've decided to launch the entire menu on our social media platforms in lieu of this in person shopping experience. I was so honored to have traveled to the Domincan Republic this past week for my sweet nephews first birthday. He turned "The big one" so he need a big one cupcake, shark fin cupcakes, and a beach worthy display cake. It was a gorgeous day surrounded by love from here to the heavens. It's Finally Fall! Soooo you know what that means?!?! It's Halloween season and our first cocoa bomb drop of the year. Make sure to order your Halloween "Boo Bombs" and "Cake pops from the Crypt". Feel free to customize flavors or even personalize with a name! Our featured cupcake for October is Pumpkin 🎃 Spice cheesecake!

POP UP THIS SATURDAY! I am so incredibly excited to be doing Caitfections first pop up this Saturday at Heritage Craft Butchers They have so kindly asked me to bring a selection of my favorite caitfections to all of you as they release their fall collection. Heritage Craft Butchers specializes in high quality meats and charcuterie selections!

Come out and get all of your sweets and meats before Sundays Steeler game day!!! I will be featuring both fall and classic favorites with a variety of cupcakes, chocolate strawberries, caitsicles, chocolate oreos, caramel apples, chocolate pretzels, seasonal and game day cocoa bombs AND MORE!

My labor of love this labor day was my first cupcake cake! Had so much fun with this one for a special sweet 16. Any sheet cake idea you have can be made into a cupcake cake for your guests to pull apart! The best part?
-no plates or Silverware
-no cake cutting
-easier storage and cleanup

Can wait to make more designs of these!

Was it even my birthday this week if I didn't make a very special cupcake for everyone who celebrated me?? Here we have a Washington apple cupcake infused with cranberry juice and crown apple with a caramel cinnamon crown apple whipped frosting. Obviously I had to put a dropper shot of crown apple (for good measure), a caramel apple slice, and cinnamon sugar crumble on top. These will be available as either

This past month I did something a little different (on top of all of my regular orders). I am so blessed that all of my sources of income bring me so much joy and allow me to express artistry and creativity in new ways. For the month of August the Dance Studio I teach at used Caitfections for their fundraising efforts and sold assorted cake pops. The ones you see here are Brownie, Yellow Cake and Cookie dough. The girls really blew me away with their sales and presented me with my biggest challenge since starting this sweet endeavor. 165 orders and 1008 cake pops (plus about 30 extra because how do you not lose count lol) we got it done. I am so incredible grateful to the staff, students, and parents of Studio B for allowing me the time and opportunity to bring my confections to a new audience and have my world's collide. After over 85 hours of production and the help of Jamie and Lexa, here's to a nice long rest before the cocoa bomb countdown commences!

Happy first birthday to beautiful baby Jisele!! I loved every second of making this boho rainbow smash cake with cloud and whipped frosting decor.
