☀️Fun Fridays are here! ☀️

We had our first Fun Friday last week and it was a blast! Our group was packed with movement, creativity and connection! The first theme was bugs!

Our kids enjoyed an engaging story time 📖, played a fun group game🎲, got hands on with a colorful craft🎨, and wrapped it up with some fun gross motor play!

While we were having so much fun, we also addressed answering questions, attending to an activity, expanding utterances, vocabulary, turn taking, social skills, sensory and fine motor skills!

We are so excited for our next group on June 6th and cannot wait to see you there! Sign ups will be sent out soon! Questions? Ask your child’s therapist!

🗣️May is Better Speech and Hearing Month🗣️🗣️

May 18th is National SLP day, but we’re celebrating all month! The SLP scope of practice encapsulates so many different areas of communication! Questions about one?! Ask your child’s SLP!

PTS is holding summer Fun Fridays!

Join us for our summer social groups starting May 9th! Groups will be for ages 3-5 and 6-10. We’ll spend an hour together in small groups playing games, making crafts, and more all while also focusing on fine motor, gross motor, social communication and speech/language skills!

We have the amazing Miss Abby and Miss Maddy here at PTS to support your child’s fine motor and sensory skills. Occupational therapy services can address a wide variety of skills from activities of daily living to feeding to sensory processing and more!

Toy of the Week: Bubble Machine

We LOVE bubble machines at PTS! There are so many sensory, expressive language, receptive language, and fine motor skills you can work on all while having so much fun! This bubble machine even plays music!
