A balanced approach to wellness by establishing realistic and sustainable healthy habits with a focus on weight management, physical activity, nutrition and stress management I have a MS in Exercise Physiology and a BS in Sports Medicine- Health Fitness Promotion and a Minor in Nutrition. I am certified in Pilates through
PHI Pilates and a certified Yoga Instructor through YogaFit. I have worked as a personal trainer for the last 15 years with my clients throughout Pittsburgh, PA. I partner with my clients to brainstorm realistic steps in the areas of weight management, physical activity, nutrition and stress management and offer support as they work towards their health and wellness goals. Each program is specifically designed for my client's individual goals with health coaching, resistance training, stretching and range of motion and one on one or small group classes.
