Another beautifully executed project for a great customer! We originally refinished these floors about a year or so ago. They were on the last sanding when we refinished them. The customer had some boards breaking as it was directly to the joist’s. So they had us come back and remove all the floor, since it was directly to the joist we leveled the joist as close as possible without interference with kitchen area. Then added premium plywood. Then installed new select grad white oak material. Customer was beyond pleased! First video is final product and second video is before! This job was completed about a month and a half ago. Shows how behind I am on posting work!

Another meticulously sanded floor! The sanding has to be tip top when going with matte and raw finish. This floor was repaired and refinished using Bona Traffic Hd Raw. Very beautiful product! The proof is in the pudding!

Another beautiful job completed by Mitchell’s Hardwood floors. We were thrilled to help this customer. The floor was done improperly and left a mess while the owner was trying to put the home on the market. We showed up to sticky/tacky floor that was coated in stain and was actually completed for over 3 weeks of time and still had everything sticking to it. We hit the floor with our meticulous sanding process and brought it back to life double time so she could continue with the selling process of her home.

I wanna gives a shout out to my guys, they did 85 percent of this job on their own while I deat with all the medical issues my family has went through! Thank you both Jay Loco Jason Weaver

Another beautiful project completed by Mitchell’s Hardwood Floors LLC. The customer was beyond thrilled and said it was the best experience she ever had in a remodel project. We over exceeded expectations by a mile. We removed all old carpet in both her family and living room. We than laced in new red oak hardwood flooring into her original areas to make it all seemless and look original. We then sanded and finished the entire first floor to perfection. Following a beautiful light brown stain with bona traffic HD satin finish as the top coats for high durability. We also provided and installed a premium primed pine shoe molding as final touches in the new rooms to match the rest of the home. We also provided the moving and resetting of the furniture. Definitely a stunning end outcome!

Another job we have been on and doing it in phases! I posted a video a couple months back of the floor having a 4” dip in the kitchen area. Ended up being structural issues which are getting corrected. We refinished all of the stair treads, top, bottom, back and front. I made a quick shelf system to do so in the basement of the home. It worked out phenomenally for a quick set up. Especially since we had 26 of them to refinish. We put some love into these maple floors and stair treads! The floor restoration will be shared at a later date when the project is completed! First video is before, middle video is of the set up, last video if the final product!

I’m way behind on posting jobs! This is to be expected when we are so busy. This job was done for a great real estate agent that got our name from all
our other phenomenal real estate agents that support us. It was a pleasure to work for her and prove all my supporters right about the quality and love we put into our work. This house was actually at one time owned by Joey Porter which was cool! Thanks for the work Heather Kaczorowski Irwin sorry for the late post on the job! This week I attended another phenomenal Dm hardwood school! This was my third school, and my favorite school by far. I honestly wouldn’t t call it a school, more like a wood camp that you get to be around all your friends doing what you all love to do. I got to hang out and meet with a bunch of good friends. Some that I’ve only known on Facebook till this past week. We broke barriers and set bars pretty high this week at this work camp. I put my blood sweat and time into this school, being on a 5 day time constraint can be stressful. I put in over 74 hours in a 5 day time period to get my assigned medallion done. So I didn’t get a bunch of picture as I was pretty much going hard working. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I worked 13-14 hour days. Thursday I went hard working overtime to meet the deadline, starting at 6:30 am and going all the way to 3:30 am Friday morning. Then only to get back up around 7am Friday morning and grind hard with 3.5 hours of total sleep. I beyond love what I do and have such a passion for it that I lost track of time a few days because I was beyond in my element. For a wood floor guy it’s like being 7 and going into a giant toy store, you never wanna leave! I busted my ass this week with many challenges along the way. But I over came all obstacles and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole school did a phenomenal job. The oval medallion that I built turned out gorgeous and I hope it’s admired forever! Scratch that, everything that was built was amazing and admirable! Thank you so much Dave Marzalek for putting a phenomenal school together. Thank you Jessica Colpron and all that catered to us and cooked for us. Thank you for letting me crash at your pad and I Hope you enjoy the floors forever brother Bradley Kidder.
