Harmony at Diamond Ridge is proud to have such a hardworking and passionate Director of Culinary, Ray Ellis, leading our dining experience. With a remarkable career in the food service industry dating back to 1990, Ray’s depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence is evident in every meal served. In 2018, he brought his talents to senior living as a Dining Service Director at The Sheridan at Bethel Park, where he discovered a true passion for creating meaningful dining experiences for residents.

What truly drives Ray each day is the joy and satisfaction of the residents he serves. His dedication goes beyond the kitchen—it’s about building connections, listening to preferences, and ensuring every resident feels at home at the table.

Outside of work, Ray’s personality shines just as brightly. A fan of Star Wars and all things Marvel, he also proudly cheers on Pittsburgh’s home teams—the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins.

Ray’s energy, creativity, and resident-first mindset make him an invaluable part of the Harmony at Diamond Ridge family.
