Outside the Lines Creative & Relational Therapies I am grounded in feminist, family systems, & Q***r theories. I also practice from Disability Studies, Health at Every Size, and sex-positive perspectives.

Therapy that colors outside the lines to unlock your most authentic and liberated self while fostering deeper and safer connections with community and loved ones. Due to my own lived experiences, I strive to create an affirming space for those who are fat, q***r, polyamorous/non-monogamous, in/visibly disabled, gender-expansive, and/or expectant parents. Together, we will 1) gain a deeper understa

nding of your relationships to Self and others, 2) deconstruct systems & expand your knowledge of your own privileged & marginalized positions, and 3) learn about your attachment style while healing attachment wounds. Additionally, creatives who wish to expand our process beyond discussion and into music, poetry, and other expressive arts will find that those mediums can be interwoven into our work. I have specific training in Reproductive Mental Health and Polyamory/Ethical Non-monogamy and can address prenatal, postpartum, & polycule issues. I am just beginning to branch into kink-centered work. I am always happy to answer questions over the phone or email to see if we are a good fit. I believe in connecting folx to local resources, so even if we aren't a match, I will be happy to refer you to trusted colleagues and other affirming services.
