I find as I grow older life is too short not to communicate how you feel and what you want and need. People can say no and you can choose to stay or go. Be around people who celebrate you not criticize you. I have found I gravitate towards people who speak their minds in thoughtfulness and love. Be vulnerable. Take a chance. You might just connect with someone in the most meaningful way. Not everyone is going to get you. That’s ok they are for you. The ones who do. Those are the gems worth fighting for.

Fear and obstacles if looked at with the proper perspective can be used to propel you into your purpose. They can push you to keep going, work harder, not allow anything to stop you from accomplishing what God sent you to do. Look fear in the face and say “challenge accepted!” Don’t worry about the obstacles before you, Our God is the God of impossible. He is a Way Maker. His plan and purpose will always have victory. Keep going

Who are you looking to for validation? Who defines who you are? Never allow anyone else to validate you or give you your identity. Our identity comes from whom it is we belong to. The one who created us. God, our Heavenly Father. Who does He say you are? You are loved. You are His child. You are chosen. You are highly favored. You are redeemed. You are forgiven. You are saved. Remember these words next time you look to others or into the mirror to define you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You have a unique fingerprint to impact this world like no one else can.

Now straighten your crown and walk in victory.

Write it down. Say it out loud to yourself. Your goals become so much more real when you grab that pen and paper and write it down and see it in front of you. Write it. Say it. Do it. In the Bible it says in Habakkuk 2:2-3
The Righteous Shall Live by His Faith
2 And the Lord answered me:
“Write the vision;
    make it plain on tablets,
    so he may run who reads it.
3 
For still the vision awaits its appointed time;
    it hastens to the end—it will not lie.
If it seems slow, wait for it;
    it will surely come; it will not delay.

The three cords represent two people with Christ in the center. Invite God into every relationship and situation of your life. I want to live in a community that is Christ centered. Where we rely on Him Where we carry one another’s burden. Where we lift one another up. Where we show up and show love. In the Bible it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
9 Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. 10 If one of them falls down, the other can help him up. But if someone is alone and falls, it's just too bad, because there is no one to help him. 11 If it is cold, two can sleep together and stay warm, but how can you keep warm by yourself 12 Two people can resist an attack that would defeat one person alone. A rope made of three cords is hard to break

We seek so many things and others to fill us up Only when we seek God does He truly fill us up and in that overflow of His Love we can truly pour into others. We are created for community. We need one another but we must seek God first before we meet with others. Invite God into the center of everything you do. You will walk differently through this life. Know I my the Creator is always with you. His favor upon you.

No matter how the world tries to define you, know that you are a unique beautiful child of God and no one can redefine that. The world will try to tell you what and who you are but if you already know who you are then no obstacle can stop you. I believe in you.

Discover who you are and when you do nothing will affect your journey. People and things will still try but you will have such a solid foundation to stand upon nothing can stop you.
