Anova Health Care has put together a booklet of resources for our Mercer County Seniors. The booklets contain contact information for obtaining non-emergent transportation, food delivery and food sources, in home care programs, adult day care programs, assisted living facilities, community out reach programs for utility assistance and housing assistance. Booklets have begun being dispersed through out the county!

It's Nurses Week at Anova and we have some of the very best!

Hello Mercer County! We asked the community about the needs of seniors in Mercer county. We had a tremendous response and while investigating these needs we discovered many resources already in exist in Mercer County, there is just no central place to find them. As our community outreach we have put together these guides to senior resources in Mercer County and will be getting them out to several of the local programs for distribution this week! We thank you for your input and look forward to serving you with all of your in home health and hospice needs!

In Coordination with The Addison of Garden Way Place, Anova Hospice and Palliative Care will be beginning a community grief support group led by our amazing Social Worker Nikki Black MSW Every 4th Monday at 3pm at Garden Way Place in Hermitage. You do not have to walk through this alone. Groups begin March 24th and are open to the community. You may contact Nikki with any questions at 412-313-3448
