Dean, I'm Ann's cousin, in case you're not sure, and I saw your question about a kidney donation for Janet (I'm really sorry to hear this!). Tony Johnson and I graduated from CCHS together in 1978. He is a donation recipient himself, and has a facebook network he can post your information to, if you want. (Thanks, Tony!) I'm writing you both together because I think it's probably a little simpler if you communicate directly, but if you need me to do anything, please be sure to let me know. I'll be praying.

On this day one year ago I was at the end of the line. I had end stage renal failure and all of a sudden I received a phone call to get to Cleveland Clinic. Hours later I had a successful kidney transplant and since then I have been able to resume a normal active lifestyle. To say thank you to my family, friends and people I don't even know could never express how I sincerely feel. I have a new appreciation for life I don't take it for granted any longer and I appreciate my fellow man for the prayers, kind words, and a lot of encouragement. I don't mean to go on and on but there's a lot of people specifically know what this did to me mentally physically and emotionally. God bless each and every one of you and let's keep going onward and upward reaching for the Heavenly stars. :-)

Back to walking 3 to 6 miles. Referring Special Olympics. Umpire High School baseball. Life after transplant is fantastic. Going live from the swimming pool in just a few days. :-)
