Most things sound crazy until someone finally experiences it
A healthy nervous system responds to stimulation (both stress & excitement) by regularly releasing the energy.
Just because we are living does not mean a lot of us are breathing properly either
An unhealthy nervous system has trouble "letting go" creating a backlog of underground tension.
When people often times pass in their sleep without any existing cause can a lot of times be associated with anxiety stress & improper breathing
Make it a goal each & every day to practice breathing techniques
Practice movement allow your body to flow, feel your body, be free, scream a little, breath lightly - breath loudly - JUST BREATH
Hula Hoop, Yoga anything that’ll get you flowing - movements that encourages better breathing & balancing
