Most people don’t understand the actual principles of this modality. Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases.

We all have that energy and are part of the unified collective energy as well. Bringing more balance to your internal energy and gives you a clearer sense of your spiritual self.

During my transformative journey through New Thought Ministry studies this semester, perhaps no realization has been more impactful than recognizing duality as merely an illusion.

Delving deep into mediation revealed that contradicting things such as light-dark or male-female exist not separately but blend beautifully across all planes including existence itself – transcending boundaries both internal & external alike! As if by cosmic design, even opposite ends of being i.e creation’s building blocks (day vs night) merge at their highest points creating perfect circles symbolic of wholeness.

Understanding the polarity of body and sole but how they come together to form one being… a HUMAN BEING. That we are ever evolving to higher states of consciousness, light, vibration… we will some day no longer live in these soul suits and our light will live amongst the stars in the heavenly plane. When our energy gets cast out into the vastness of the great divine to reunite with the god collective. If I could share one thing with others it would be to dive into the darkness of yourself because transcending into light is the most enlightening experience you will ever have.
