I recently did a VIRTUAL CPR SESSION. This is from one of my attendees.

"I wanted to thank you all for hosting CPR training for us a couple months ago. I recently had a reminder of how important this is when my wife and I went to a movie a few days ago and there was a medical emergency. They asked if there was a "nurse in the house" and there was one. She ended up using the defibrillator several times (I recognized the prompts from the training) as well as administering CPR while the paramedics arrived.

It was a dramatic and scary experience, but a good reminder of the importance of knowing lifesaving care. If needed, I would have felt able to try and help."
