Woohoo!!! BACK FREAKIN AT IT! After doing a step up progression of 185-245-315 for 5 reps each…finished up with 365 for 1 with a belt/wraps. Def could have kept my back straighter but it felt great (*especially* considering I had a small muscle tear about 6 months ago…). Rehab through reverse hypers and back/hamstring work has been exactly what I needed.

HUGE thanks to for having that equipment that Lafitness doesn’t!

Getting back to running and establishing the base again. Cant say it feels great all the time in the moment but overall such a great start to the day!

Recorded a quick video for my YouTube channel...but then I found out I got banned! For community guideline violations that I never committed! So...we’ll see what happens there but damn what a reminder that you’re not truly in control when you base your existence on someone else’s reality (YouTube’s false reality of a creator having “freedom” to do what they want on the platform) crazy thing is that I wasn’t even doing anything that violated the community guidelines! No notifications, emails, etc. So I’ll be recreating and reuploading videos on new channels if they don’t restore it. Plus developing my own website with the long term plan of hosting it myself.

Progress I say progress!! Brought to you by the right TECHNIQUE from and 🙏🙌💪🏽🦵🏽

Box jump went from approx 33/34 last time I did it (about 6-7 months ago) to 41.5” in the first clip and 44” in the 2nd! By removing the “stutter-step” more power is focused where it’s needed. Definitely more to come once the diet kicks in right and once I start really working on the low back/hams/core

New Goal: Touch the rim
Next goal after that: DUNK of course

Post-back day hangboard work is a...kinda hard considering I did weighted pull-ups during the workout 😂

Definitely looking forward to getting back to this and finally getting that certification! Then comes the group athlete workouts at Piedmont park...With drone shots! (Of course lol)

Bouldering, yoga classes, solid gym, and a climbing app to record all of your problems/what you’re working on...I love it. AND right by the belt line! Check em out for sure.

Check out Episode 2 of the podcast!! Featuring where we talk about and - two critical aspects to and a main pillar of my perspective. It’s an essential part of how I approach helping someone else because one of the first steps after getting a solid understanding of your own level is setting realistic and unrealistic goals to train for and (hopefully) achieve! How to break those goals up and set actions/plans to achieve those goals while still being flexible and reactive to daily life struggles is a key topic for a future podcast.

For something as simple as using rings at   it was a great workout! 5 sets of max reps of ring pull ups and I got 10-7-6...
