Allow me to shift your mindset real quick.

Healing is a quiet, daily practice of unlearning the habit of tolerating communication that diminishes your spirit. It’s realizing that setting boundaries isn’t about being difficult, it’s an act of deep self-preservation. ✨

When we’re relearning our worth, we have to look closely at the conversations we allow into our space. If you’re currently on a journey of reclaiming your voice and protecting your peace, let this be your gentle reminder that you are officially allowed to decline these three things:
1️⃣ "Don't talk to me like I'm your child."
2️⃣ "Don't talk to me like I'm supposed to be scared of you."
3️⃣ And never try to talk to me like I'm stupid.

Teaching people how to love and respect us is one of the hardest parts of the healing journey. It requires us to stand firm, even when our voices shake. .

Burnout does not always look like falling apart in public.

😔Sometimes it looks like smiling while emotionally exhausted.
😔Sometimes it looks like brain fog, isolation, irritability, procrastination,
😔Sometimes it’s feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you.

Many people are silently struggling while still trying to survive daily responsibilities.

Please stop ignoring the signs your mind and body are giving you.
🌿Rest is not laziness.
🌿Slowing down is not weakness.
🌿Protecting your mental health is necessary.
