Super long days, not much sleep, paint fumes and air conditioning units can reallly make you start to feel it... blasting this as often as I can to clean the air and give some ease to my lungs and some immune support to my body!

Wedding planning has begun which means all the emotional support oils are being ordered and rolled and huffed as much as possible. Such an exciting time full of details that don’t need to make me crazy. Here’s to a strong season of prayer and oil... and oh yeah GETTING STUFF DONE! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

In honor of the big bottle of being available for a week... I thought I’d share my fav everyday use for it! I took the remainder of my hydrosol spray and added 10-20 drops of gentle baby... I popped it in the fridge and every time I open the fridge and see it, I take it out and spray my face and feel like a glistening fresh queen. So much so, I have to spray it on whoever is next to me to experience the same glory... sorry babe... ...But for real gentle baby is the most relaxing beautiful scent with so many calming and glowing benefits for skin, emotions, babies and big babies haha...they only sell it in a small 5ml bottle, so this is a biggg deal and one I won’t be missing. moms you need this for your babes and your self...

Morning bike rides with my person...eucalyptus is a favorite of mine anytime I’m going for a walk or run or ride, love the fresh and cooling sensation while breathing it in and love how it opens up my sinuses...whats your go to “breathe” oil...?

Can we just take a second to smile over the fact my best friends and I get to share recipes, tips, and trial and errors everyday because we all jumped into the oily life together...it’s so fun to have friends learning and growing all together. If you have a friend group you know would love this. Why not all jump in? Hold each other accountable to trying new blends each day, learning more about whole living...I want to help you out, if you have been thinking about it, grab some of your friends and let’s zoom about it...grab a kit and I’ll teach you and all your friends what essential oils are, how to use them, and how to LOVE THEM...maybe you’ve had a kit.
