First, for a 2 hour Chakra Activation Experience
where we'll take a deep dive into one chakra at a time, exploring and experiencing it physically, emotionally, and energetically and learning the yogic tools and techniques that keep it energized and balanced.
Second, a 1 hour Energy Integration Session
where the current cohort of Chakra Explorers shares about their experiences with the energies of that chakra and receives feedback from me, a guide and teacher with 30 years of experience and an expert in the field of energy activation and embodiment practices.
