Wellness Withn Wellness With'n offers an array of holistic services & products to help ease your mind, body & spirit She worked in the natural food industry for over 20 years.

Germaine began her wellness journey in 1996
when she became a vegetarian and remained one for 4 years. She understood that food is meant to sustain us, therefore we must "eat to live, not live to eat." In those years she felt a calling to help others achieve complete wellness in their lives. She began to make and use products as part of the healing process during a difficult time in her life and

decided to share them with others as well. In 2016, she received her Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is currently studying to receive her Certification as an Aromatherapist. Germaine is a 2018 graduate of YogaRoots on Location Raja Yoga Teacher Training with an AntiRacist and Social Justice Framework. She helps others develop a deeper understanding on how wellness is not just about eating healthier, but about creating a healthy life balance centered around spiritual, mental and physical well being.
