🌹 Today we honor Mary Magdalene
A priestess, the one who carries divine feminine wisdom and a teacher of the mysteries. The divine counterpart of Yeshua. May she continue to awaken the wisdom that lies deep within each of us. A simple, yet powerful way to feel her presence, stare into a rose, light a red candle, say her name, imagine a rose in your womb. When I called her in this morning, it felt like she was awakening more woman to their divine feminine. To their sacred wombs. May we remember her devotion, her love, her passion. That resides in each of us 🌹

I was on our drive to court and I saw the word Justice. What does that mean? “that which is in alignment with what is right or lawful.” To give each their due, to uphold what is right, and to live in moral alignment with truth and law.” I can’t say that’s been upheld. What I can say, is I celebrate and stand with the black people who have experienced an insurmountable amount of degradation. I celebrate you coming home to yourself. I celebrate your freedom.

Notice your rituals, your nourishment, your rest. Where is the reverence already present?

🕊️ 2. What is one physical practice I can commit to this week that feels like an act of mothering myself?
A walk. A bath. Stretching. Breathwork. Choose one act that whispers: “I am here for you.”

🔥 3. How do I typically respond to uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions?
With judgment? With avoidance? With curiosity? Begin to witness your patterns with love.

Let this week be a soft unfolding—a remembering that your body is not a burden, but a beloved companion on this sacred walk home.
