Before we demonize and ostracize let’s consider the convenience, shelf stability and affordability of packaged bread, cereal, frozen meals, noodles or rice. These foods can be part of the plate and enhanced by the addition of protein, beans, lentils, soy foods, fruit, vegetables and dairy products. Taking a break from nutrition posts today. Kudos to the Texans for a game well played. In professional careers, life, sport- there comes a time when the status quo is a no and mediocrity is not a great strategy. Innovation, motivation being proactive instead of reactive are important and necessary to move forward or go home. Not okay in the Burgh today.
