Another edition of myth-busters! Just cuz you can buy it does not mean you should try it! The goal is to optimize, not undercut or overdo, be inclusive without unnecessary food elimination and be a cautious consumer of claims that are a) biologically impossible, b) too good to be true c) focus on food avoidance d) are supplement heavy and sustenance light. A registered dietitian can work with you to strategize, customize and optimize.
