I specialize in physique enhancement through specific diet, training protocols, habit building, and mindset development. Being a lifelong athlete, former Division 1 football player, and current bodybuilder training and nutrition have always been at the forefront of my life. I played football at Temple University and Central Connecticut State University. I graduated from CCSU in 2019 with a degree
in Exercise Science and upon graduation, I passed the Exercise Physiologist Certification exam. From there, my passion for fitness continued strong so I got an internship at Dyna Sport Performance Training where I was introduced to training people on a more formal level. During that period, the impact I was able to have on my clients and the satisfaction that came with it solidified my commitment to this field. I went on to become Precision Nutrition Certified, J3U certified for bodybuilding clients, and have put in thousands of hours of self-study and research to best serve my clients. I also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and started my career as a nurse in 2020. Right out of school, I got a job in the Neuro ICU at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh and then went on to travel nurse for a couple of years. After my experience with in-person training and caring for people as a nurse, I developed a strong desire to help people live healthier and more active lifestyles. I founded No Limit Physiques in late 2023 and am committed to making people the best versions of themselves through physique enhancement, habit coaching, and mindset development. I also currently am enrolled in The University of Pittsburgh's Nurse Anesthesia Program where I will graduate in 2026 and look forward to the contined growth of No Limit Physiques.
