Label Reading Tip 👇
Flip the package over — don’t stop at the calories.
Start with the ingredient list, because that tells the real story. Ingredients are listed from most to least, so what’s at the top matters most.
Look for foods with short, simple, recognizable ingredients — things you’d actually have in your own kitchen.
I’m a strong advocate for reading labels - it’s one of the simplest ways to take control of what you’re putting into your body.
If it reads like a science experiment… it might not be your best everyday choice 🌿
