Freeman Technique The Freeman Technique is a system of training.

A methodology based upon functional movement, injury prevention, gymnastics fundamentals, and acrobatic movement in the performing arts. Harnessing 20 plus years of experience in elite international gymnastics and the performing arts, Freeman Technique, LLC. (Freeman Technique) is an fitness and movement Consultancy that is dedicated to helping its customers in maximizing their potential, achieving their goals, and in a lot of cases, exceeding expectations. It is our goal to assess, refine and improve technical proficiency in all areas of fitness and movement, acrobatics and tumbling, across numerous sports and disciplines. We also aim to consolidate fundamental strength and conditioning in athletes which will aid in maximizing potential and injury prevention.

I’ve been traveling a lot lately and as a result, my back has been letting me know about it!

Regular flights, long periods of sitting in a sedentary position will definitely take their toll on your body!

It is essential that we find ways to keep moving!

Focusing on lower body exercises today!
Sorting through my mind palace for this circuit from my National Team days as an athlete. I got this from the German National Team! Hence why it’s called ‘the German Circuit’

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds
Run around the Floor for 30 seconds in between each exercise

Modify to your level. (If you need suggestions, DM me)

30/20/10 - who wants to get thrown in the deep end today???

This is a great FULL BODY warm up circuit that I used frequently during the pandemic. I also assign this to some of my athletes from time to time.

Work through each exercise for 30 seconds.
Once you have got through all 10 exercises, repeat the circuit for 20 seconds each. Then finally for 10 seconds on the final round!

If the difficulty level is too high you can modify each exercise to your level! DM for more details!

• Front Line Leans
• Hamstring Curls w/ slider
• Crab walks with resistance band
• Piked Handstand Shrugs
• Shoulder Stand tuck ups
• Playing with the balance
