February doesn’t need to be loud.
It can be soft.
It can be slow.
It can be about coming back to yourself — together.

A lot of us move through our days braced.
Holding it together.
Managing our reactions.
Staying productive, even when we’re depleted.

Here’s a simple heart-centering practice you can try this week — grounded in nervous system care, parts awareness, and secure attachment.

2-Minute Heart Reset:

Place one or both hands on your heart.
Slow inhale through your nose.
Long exhale through your mouth.
As you breathe, notice what part of you is most activated or tired right now.
Then gently offer yourself one phrase of safety:

“You’re allowed to be supported.”

This is how regulation starts — not by fixing yourself,
but by creating a felt sense of safety inside your own body.

Rest Is Resistance is a community gathering and collective pause. We’ll move gently through an all-levels yoga flow, rest, breathe, and close with sound healing. No performance. No fixing. Just space to land together.
