The Grizz, a rescue dog from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, continues to shine his light into everybody's hearts. He came to his Marianne in 2004, adopted as a stray who was rescued by Animal Friends, a Pittsburgh shelter. People from all over the world got to know The Grizz through his page and his appearances around town. The Grizz was the mascot for The Cancer Caring Center, he was featured on the Pittsburgh Pirates website for two consecutive seasons, and he beat out over 200 dogs in a contest to be the billboard model for Molyneaux, a local flooring company. The Grizz received his Muffin's Halo for Blind Dogs in 2016 and is featured in the 2017 calendar. https://www.facebook.com/Muffinshaloforblinddogs/
With the vision that Grizz received when he was called to the Rainbow Bridge on September 27, 2016, he will continue to look out for others by championing and promoting worthy causes on his page.
