Oxytocin can be triggered by connection. By community. By movement. By eyegazing.

It's not just about touch. It's about tears. It's about emptying out all that you've been carrying for so long.

Earlier during the evening I took these photos I had been emptied out by a beautiful community of five rythms dancers. A tribe of movers. A group of shakers. Shaking off the gunk. Moving through the sadness.

I am grateful for all the communities that move me.

Especially my worldwide cuddle peeps. (That have spent months emptying me for and during our recent retreat)

And my beautiful healing qi gong community led by the amazing Susan .
