Detachment didn’t come from a lack of love. It came from loving deeply while feeling invisible. From speaking my truth again and again, only to watch it fall into the same empty space. I learned what it felt like to doubt my own reality, to soften my words so they wouldn’t overwhelm, to carry the weight of being the only one translating emotions no one seemed able to hear. Slowly, I stopped explaining my pain. Slowly, I stopped asking to be understood. Not because I didn’t care — but because being unheard was eroding me.

Detachment is what happens when your heart keeps reaching, but your soul retreats to survive. When you choose quiet over correcting, peace over proving, and self-preservation over endlessly accommodating someone who cannot meet you emotionally. It’s nodding through conversations while your inner world grieves what was never acknowledged.

The most painful part is that detachment begins long before goodbye. It starts the moment you realize your feelings will always be minimized, misinterpreted, or met with logic instead of empathy. And once detachment settles in, there’s no anger left — only clarity. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop fighting to be seen, trust your own reality, and choose yourself after being alone for far too long. 🥀

Full Moon Release & Sound Bath Ceremony

Harness the powerful energy of the Full Moon in this sacred release ceremony designed to help you let go, reset, and realign. We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided reflection, inviting awareness of what is ready to be released—old patterns, emotional weight, limiting beliefs, or stress. You’ll then create a personal affirmation that reflects what you are calling in once space is cleared.

Through a symbolic burning ritual, you’ll surrender what no longer serves you, allowing the fire to transmute heaviness into clarity and renewal. Carefully selected crystals will be used throughout the ceremony to support emotional release, energetic cleansing, and intention-setting, amplifying the healing effects of the Full Moon.

You’ll be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and guide you into relaxed alpha/theta brainwave states where release and healing can occur naturally. We’ll close by anchoring your intentions with spoken affirmations, leaving you feeling lighter, centered, and aligned.

This ceremony includes:

Guided meditation for letting go

Affirmation creation aligned with the Full Moon

Writing and burning ritual for energetic release

Crystal support for clearing and intention-setting

Immersive sound bath for deep relaxation and balance

Leave feeling renewed, grounded, and open to what’s next.

No one prepares you for the hush that follows when you stop reaching out.
Not a breaking silence, but a soft one — the kind that arrives when you stop checking in, stop leaving doors ajar, stop waiting for someone to step into the place you’ve been holding for them all along. At first, it aches, as if you’ve severed the last fragile thread that kept you tethered.

But linger there, and the truth begins to surface.
What you miss isn’t only them — it’s who you were with them.
The mending.
The hoping.
The quiet labor of proving your worth.

When you release that role, a hollow opens.
It feels like loss, but it isn’t.
It’s space — wide, unclaimed, and finally yours.
And in that space, you learn how to come back to yourself.

WHEN YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DID THE FU***NG DAMAGE
by Zen Prem

I didn't break her heart.
I just drained her soul over time and called it a phase.

She asked for connection.
I gave her reasons why she shouldn't need it.

It's easy to talk about being betrayed. But what about when I was the one holding the match?
What was burning wasn't the relationship.
It was her belief that love could be safe.

I didn't cheat. I didn't scream.
I just withheld.
I just made her feel like she was too much, too often.

And then called her unstable.

I made her question her sanity, not by screaming, but by going quiet.
By deflecting. By saying "You're overreacting" when she was just trying to make sense of how my eyes disappeared long before my body did.

I was the man who said all the right things while living like a walking contradiction.

The man who called her paranoid for checking my phone while I was building backup plans on dating apps I swore I'd deleted.

The man who said "Of course I love you" but couldn't sit in the room for five minutes when she cried.

And when she finally stopped trying? When she went quiet?
When she stopped asking? ...

I had the audacity to call her cold.

I used to think betrayal had to look like something obvious. A one-night stand. Something Hollywood. I thought I was being "conscious" because I didn't rage or cheat.

But I ghosted someone while living in the same house.

Because the truth is, sometimes betrayal is just not showing the f**k up. It's apathy. It's absence. It's the moment she needed reassurance and I gave her logic. It's when she reached for me and I reached for my excuses.

And then I had the balls to be confused about why she couldn't bounce back. Why she didn't trust me the same. Why she hesitated when I touched her.
Why she looked at me like I was a stranger wearing a familiar face.

But trust isn't a switch you flick when you're ready. It's a nervous system. And once I've made someone feel unsafe, I don't get to set the pace of their softtness. I don't get to stab someone emotionally and then rush their recovery because it's inconvenient for me to sit in the discomfort I created.

So if anyone's reading this thinking, "S**t. I was him"—good.

That's the start.

But don't rush in to fix it with f**king flowers and promises. Don't perform guilt hoping to speed past the part where she doesn't believe a word anyone says anymore.

Don't bu****it yourself.
You have to sit in it. Hold it.
Earn her safety back, if she even lets you.

Because real repair isn't about the right apology.
It's about becoming someone who doesn't need to apologise again.

And sometimes you don't get to be forgiven.

Sometimes she heals and never f**king looks back.

I brought an apology. She had already rebuilt her nervous system around my absence.

I asked for another chance. She asked for safety.

By the time I was ready to stay, she had already learned how to leave.
